Alongside her corporate venturing leadership, Ronja is a passionate educator. She serves as a Guest Lecturer at leading institutions including WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, the University of St.Gallen, and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where she co-authored and developed courses on digital business, strategy, and innovation.

With a career spanning corporate innovation, startup collaboration, and academic teaching, Ronja bridges the gap between industrial expertise and entrepreneurial agility, always with a focus on sustainability, customer-centricity, and meaningful impact. 💡🚀
