Since 2019 REHAU New Ventures is a proud partner of NeoSOFT, a great enabler of various digital projects

Now in September 2022, we were finally able to meet each other in person again in Mumbai and had a great time with the team.
Strengthening our partnership in the future and expanding our collaboration- that was the focus of these very intensive and versatile days.
So far we’ve mainly worked with NeoSOFT for backend and frontend development, but in person we could convince ourselves of their competencies in the area of UI/UX and design as well, and directly tried it out in a small adhoc project. Beyond that, we created a long list of possible areas where we can collaborate in future.
But in the end the most important thing was simply the personal contact. By getting to know colleagues you have only seen digitally so far, you develop a completely different relationship when you simply work together for a few days.

Throwback Thursday (is that still a thing?): Our first New Ventures Day on a sizzling hot weekend this July.

It was great to spend time with the team on the Danube (that's where we took this picture) and in the town of Regensburg. We have come a long way with our venture builder and on October 1st we celebrated our 1st anniversary as a separate company, another milestone on our journey. Today we are a separate subgroup within the REHAU Group doing our part to impact the strategic direction of our organisation by developing innovative ideas into running businesses. In the areas of Construction Technology and Better Living we search for ways to have a positive impact on people's lives. That's what drives us every day!

Today is a bit historic! Today, exactly one year ago we launched our own legal entity, the New Ventures GmbH!

Looking back, the 1st of October has been the starting point for creating a perfect ecosystem which supports our Ventures to enter the market. Basically, it was and still is a win-win situation. We got all the freedom in the processes & systems we needed. At the same time we kept the strong backing of the REHAU Group. Have you ever tried to send out a simple invoice to an end-consumer using an ERP system designed for B2B manufacturing companies? Sounds simple, but it's nearly impossible. Not to mention connecting Amazon Seller, Shopify, Paypal, Stripe, Mollie, Sendcloud and whatever is necessary to meet heterogeneous venture requirements.

We're more than happy that we´ve laid more than the groundwork for what we're doing.

We are happy to annnounce that since the 1st of July 2022 our legal entity New Ventures Americas is live: NVAM Inc.! With this step we now have the right vehicle in order to develop new innovative business models, bring new start-ups to market and capture revenue and firm value.
