As an innovation Lab, we want to solve our customers’ problems. In order to do so, we come up with many ideas during the ideation process, knowing that we will have to focus on the most promising ones. Sometimes, we notice that our assumptions were wrong and quickly change our plan because there’s no value to keep heading down the wrong track. By finding out the reasons for our mistakes, we learn and improve, not only for one specific project.
What we have learned so far: it's ok to fail often and to fail fast, but it is useless if you don’t realize what exactly went wrong and learn from your mistakes.
