📣 Successful Matter certification for Smart Privacy UP-Master! 🚀

REHAU New Ventures has successfully completed the #series #development of the first REHAU Matter product. The Smart Products team of New Ventures acts as an internal and external development service provider and supplier in the field of #smart, #electronic #products as well as in the field of digitization of products with smart functions.

In our role as an internal development service provider for REHAU Window Solutions, our team, led by Ricardo Ehrenpfordt, successfully completed the series development of the Smart Privacy flush-mounted controller in the Matter version in July, with certification by the CSA Group (SmartPrivacy - CSA-IOT). Matter was recently defined as the #future #smarthome #standard across industries and companies. The intelligent pane of the REHAU Smart Glass window, called Smart Privacy, can actively change its status, switching between transparent and opaque within a few milliseconds.

With this #milestone, the #switchable window solution now meets the Matter standard and is able to #communicate and #interact with all common smarthome #platforms. This achievement provides a strong unique selling point in the competition for smart window solutions.
