As an innovation lab we asked ourselves: “How could we shape the future of REHAU together with all our employees globally?” We decided, based on the popular “shark tank” to start an internal challenge, called the “UNLIMITED X Ideas Challenge”. The results were impressive: We received over 150 inspiring ideas. Yesterday the participants of the 24 highest rated submissions presented their ideas in the Elevator Pitches to our jury. The presentations were stunning and we want to thank one more time all participants for their great work! We can’t wait to see the presentations of the best 5 ideas on the Final Pitch in January!

Our innovation architects Florian Vogt, Kaare Kristiansen, Michael Lehmann & Felix Lau presented how UNLIMITED X is working.
