Exciting times for us! In a rapidly changing landscape, our e-commerce venture is on a transformation journey with a new name and a new focus. The former e-commerce venture activities now presents itself with a new name (#HOMEBASE) and a new brand, a redefined strategy and - most important - with a strong, diverse & global Co-Founder team: Christoph Hacker, Stefanie Grahl, Tiffany Kongvaranont, MBA.
 
What´s new?

✅ Acting globally: We merged our e-commerce activities in Europe and the US under one umbrella, #HOMEBASE. Operating globally helps us to address different markets and benefit from the synergies in our daily operating business. The US market for garden & outdoor products is a huge opportunity for Livlig!

✅ Strategic Focus: From now on, #HOMEBASE will much more focus on our private label brand LIVLIG and the assets we build. This allows us to think even bigger in terms of growth & market shares. The potential we see in LIVLIG is huge and we already went through the second very promising garden season which makes us optimistic for what to come.

✅ Cut off the “means to an end” things: Focusing on our private label brands also means that we will phase out activities distracting us from the goal to maximize our firm value.
 
Our mission is to provide a supportive and growth-oriented environment to let especially our brand LIVLIG becomes a relevant global player. At #HOMEBASE, our commitment goes beyond e-commerce, it's about creating a nurturing space where our brands can thrive and succeed. 🏡
