The last three days were simply exhilarating! The "Home of founders" still seems to be a unique format. Simply made by founders for founders. The synergy between founders and investors was palpable at all times.

With 5,000 founders, the event offered such a vibrant picture of innovation, from #HealthTech to #Quantum #Computing. Three days full of learning, networking & doing business. And yes, speakers like Michelle Obama were certainly the "icing" on the cake. 🎂

Great to see Ansgar Niehoff, responsible for Tech Venturing & Innovation REHAU New Ventures on stage at the Switch2Save consortium in beautiful Athens.

We were joining a workshop on Smart & Efficient Building Envelopes: Lessons Learned & Future Prospects. Thanks to National Technical University of Athens to host and organize such a nice event! 🌟

The Switch2Save consortium includes leading universities, research institutes and industries from six EU countries. Together they will accelerate the widespread implementation of energy smart glass and significantly contribute to the goal of a CO2 neutral building stock in the EU before 2050.
Great work has been done in the last 4 years to demonstrate the capabilities of smart switchable Glazings (electrochromic and thermochromic) to enhance the Energy Efficiency in buildings by blocking the heat in the summer and preserving the indoor temperature in winter season. As an example.

We had the privilege of attending the conference as advisor and were therefore able to present some of the pioneering work that REHAU and REHAU New Ventures have done in the field of Smart Glass - Switchable Technology that enhains lives! 🏬

Very inspiring to be part of this EU-Project Switch2Save.
