We are so glad that when we formed as an independent venture builder of the REHAU Group, we at the same time got the freedom to built a lean ecosystem and backbone for all our heterogeneous ventures & business models. With Xentral ERP Software we implemented a cloud based Saas that connects Amazon, Shopify, Mollie, PayPal, Stripe, Taxdoo and several other providers that you simply need to do a great B2C business.

We use Xentral for master data management, order & invoice management, logistics & warehousing, preaccounted bookkeeping, payment management and more. This year we have received more than 80k end-customer orders 📦 in our E-commerce Ventures. Imagine if we had to step into this process with any kind of manual interaction. 🙄

Early this year we just kicked-off the ONE Innovation Lab New Ventures!

In a nutshell:

🦸‍♂️ 🦸‍♂️We have strengthened the approach of having diverse & cross-functional competencies on board from the very beginning of the innovation process. Having innovation architects collaborating with software developers & UX designers in ONE innovation lab helps intensively to activate superpower with all kinds of design and tech perspectives.

🎯 Hunting zones! With “Better Livling” and “Digital Construction” we have clear search fields we want to tackle. The methodology is aligned and it is essential now to deepen our domain knowledge within the zones. Construction Technology this is were we have been already active for a while with active ventures in the market. "Better Living" has been sharpened now with a clear staffing and focus.

👊 We again celebrated our entrepreneurial mindset: make smart decisions, reflect, learn, iterate & adapt. Great to see the spirit of the team! Proud of all our superwomen & supermen, huntress & hunters! Let´s bring New Ventures together to the next level!
