As part of a concrete early-stage innovation project, we are proud to be working with CodeCamp:N. Codecamp:N was originally founded as an innovation lab for the NÜRNBERGER Versicherung.
 
A partnership in this set-up is very rewarding in several ways. Cooperation and joint development within a project brings in new perspectives for both sides. It reduce risks and enlarges the opportunity space. The REHAU New Ventures's know-how in venture building is combined in this project on an equal footing with Codecamp:N's deep tech expertise and knowledge in the field of mental health. Unifying just the right competences helps us to operate at the required speed.
 
Looking forward to improving the relationship between therapist and patient with “Therabuddy” and hopefully even more to come. "Therabuddy" is certainly a great idea to enhance´s people's lives.

Matthias Hille is responsible for the Venture Building & Scaling at New Ventures. Together with Michael Lehmann he shares what is crucial when running successful corporate venture building.

💡 Actually it is core to have a strong KPI driven process when bringing ideas to solutions and finally companies to success.

💡 Having this strong process means that the mortality rate of our ideas is very high, especially in the early stage.

💡 Good practice does not mean that the failure rate for our start-ups is zero, but the rate is set low.

We check in with Thomas Raab, one of the Co-Founders of our venture euerzuhause. Tom will explain to us how euerzuhause is set to change the process of finding your dream home using #AI technology. One of the main aspects of euerzuhause is that we focus on the very personal needs of our customers. 🏚 👬

Taking into account end-customer needs instead of pure physical facts (such as size of garage, number of toilets...) when providing suitable floor plans, is certainly something, that sets euerzuhause apart from others.

Three inspiring days at digitalBAU 2023 in Munich are over!👷‍♂️ 🚧 🏗 👷‍♀️

"Digital construction" is one of our two search fields in which we innovate at REHAU New Ventures. We focus on solving problems in industries that we understand very well, so our search fields are adjacent to the core of REHAU. The main goal that our colleague Michael Lehmann and his team are working on as part of "Digital Construction" is to increase efficiency in the construction industry through the power of digital solutions. To streamline our efforts, we are establishing new business areas centred around Pre-Fabrication, Material Flow, Digital Planning and Digital Collaboration.

We spoke to start ups about their innovation and we interviewed our New Ventures colleagues Matthias Hille, Ansgar Niehoff and Michael Lehmann who presented learnings from the New Ventures Venture Buiding story in panels & classrooms.
